I've worked with communication and design for over seven years, the last five as a consultant translating complex organizations and digital products into things people can actually use and understand. Owning UX end-to-end from early research through to deployment.

Before consulting I worked with communication and social media management for a non-profit and ran my own business as a freelance designer.

Alongside client work, I also run workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions on UX and accessibility, helping shape how our team thinks about good design.

I bring structure and clear communication to complicated problems, asking a lot of questions, connecting the big picture to the small detail and staying calm no matter how messy it gets.
